Branded SmartBox wrap
Custom branded full wraps are available as an accessory for your Keycafe SmartBox. Engineered from durable weather-ready vinyl, the wrap can feature your company’s logo and custom graphic. A free design consultation is included with your order to ensure your SmartBox reflects your brand.
Wraps are currently available for the MS4, MS4M, MSE30, MS3, MS3M, and MS200X SmartBoxes. They are shipped separately, and lead time is 2-4 weeks after a design is finalized. The SmartBox owner installs their own wrap. For larger orders of 8+ Base Stations, Keycafe is able to wrap the SmartBoxes in the factory prior to shipping.

Branded Keycafe fobs
Complete your customers’ journey with Keycafe through customized Keycafe fobs or badges. Branded fobs come in packages of 250. Download the template to create your own design, then submit the design to your account rep in a printable PDF format. Please note that the white area is not editable. You must leave that exactly as is found in the design.

Branded SmartBox screen
To replace the Keycafe logo and name with your company logo and name on the SmartBox touchscreen, follow these steps:
- Log into your Keycafe Dashboard.
- Select More from the menu options.
- Select Advanced and White-labelling Assets.
- Enter your company's name in the first text box, and select Update.
- Upload your company's logo by choosing jpg or png file format (320 x 105px).
- From the Advanced menu, select SmartBox Options.
- Toggle White-label SmartBox on.
Custom help menu
To add your own custom text to the help menu on the SmartBox screen, such as your company support number or email information, follow these steps:
- Log into your Keycafe Dashboard.
- Select More from the menu options.
- Select SmartBox Options.
- Click on the Support Area toggle to turn on this feature.
- Enter in your custom text and click “Save”.
Custom language settings
To choose the languages that are available on your SmartBox, follow these steps:
- Log into your Keycafe Dashboard.
- Select More from the menu options.
- Select SmartBox Options.
- Check all languages you wish to display on your SmartBox touchscreen.
- Enter in your custom text and click “Save”.
NOTE:
If you wish to remove the language selection menu from your SmartBox workflow, uncheck all but 1 language.
