The billing page is where you can check your account credit, add your payment method and view your invoice. To access the billing page:

  1. Click the user dropdown at the top near the right side and select My Account
  2. Select Billing.

 

Public Key Exchange Pricing

At Keycafe, we offer a simple pay-per-use pricing. There is a fee for each key pickup and a fee for each day of storage. Key drop off is always free. Volume discount numbers reset each month. There is also an annual plan for unlimited key pickups and storage.

Your account must always maintain a positive credit balance. Your credit will automatically recharge based on your billing settings if the account usage causes it to fall below the minimum credit threshold.

The credit added to your account is refundable. 

If you cancel the service we will refund any unused credit purchased in the preceding 12 months. 

Recharging of your balance and account credit are subject to our Terms of Service and Store Terms and Policies.

View and Edit Payment Method

To view your plan, billing period, account credit, and payment method, proceed with the following steps:

  1. Click the user dropdown at the top near the right side and select My Account
  2. Select Billing, then Billing Settings.
  3. If you'd like to enter a new payment method, enter your credit/debit card info and select Save.

 

Updating Billing Contact Details

  1. In the Billing section of your account, select Billing Settings.
  2. Under 'Bill To' Invoice Name, enter a new name.
  3. Under Billing CC Email, enter a new email address to receive invoices.
  4. Select Save.

 

View Invoices

  1. In the Billing section of your account, select Invoices.
  2. Select the arrow icon next to the invoice you would like to open.

Redeem a Coupon

  1. In the Billing section of your account, select Coupons.
  2. Enter your coupon code and select Redeem. The credit will be added to your account.

 

Add Credit to Your Account

  1. In the Billing section of your account, elect Credit.
  2. Select Add Funds.
  3. Enter a dollar amount to recharge your balance with and select Purchase. The payment method saved to your account will be charged.

 

Edit Your Credit Auto-Recharge Settings

  1. In the Billing section of your account, select Credit.
  2. In the Auto Recharge section, enter a dollar amounts for when and how much your credit will recharge and select Save.
