Tips to Ensure a Successful Connection

  • If your network has restrictive filtering, whitelist your SmartBox's MAC address. Contact support to find your MAC address.

  • Your SmartBox needs to be able to connect to Cloudflare's DNS servers (1.1.1.1, 1.0.0.1).

  • Ensure you allow persistent connections for up to 1 minute for push support.

  • Your SmartBox needs to be able to send outbound traffic to 4 services running on different subdomains of keycafe.com (subdomain.keycafe.com):
