Reservations Editing: Reservation Access users can now cancel and edit their own reservations.

Cloud Video Upload: Customers on the Business Pro plan can now view their MS5 video footage in the Keycafe app.
Programmable Alerts Improved Timing Options: Alerts can now be created for before the end of a time shift/booking, as well as right when a time shift/booking ends.

Mews Integration: New software integration with Mews for hotel and hospitality management.
Key Roaming: A new setting that allows Organizations with multiple SmartBox locations to restrict which location a key can be returned to.

Google SSO: New users can now register a Keycafe account using Google single sign-on.

Microsoft SSO: New users can now register a Keycafe account using Microsoft single sign-on.
Reservations: A new feature that requires Reservation Access users to reserve time slots for keys before accessing them.
Permission Role Changes:
- A new permission role named Reservation Access, which requires users to self-reserve keys before being able to access them.
- The Exchange Only role has been renamed to Continuous Access, with no changes to functionality.
- The View Only role for keys has been discontinued. Existing View Only permissions will remain unchanged, but the role can no longer be assigned.

Customer Badges: Customers can now link their own NFC-enabled staff badges (eg. MIFARE DESFire EV3 8K) using the Badge Linking feature.
Maximum Keys: Limit the number of keys a user can have checked out at any given time.
Field Swaps: Transfer custody of a key to another user without first returning the key to a SmartBox.

Location Customization Asset Memory: The Custom Logo and Custom Slideshow assets that are currently in use will be retained when toggling the setting off and back on.

Location Customization Assets Display: The Custom Logo and Custom Slideshow settings now display the currently in-use image.

User Deletion: Organization admins can now permanently delete users in their organization. Users may also permanently delete their own accounts.
Hostaway Integration: New software integration with Hostaway for short-term rental management.

Custom SmartBox End User Agreement: Add your own business name and link to your organization's Terms of Service in the TOS message that appears on the SmartBox screen. Available on all plans.

Hidden PIN Codes: By default, all codes entered at the SmartBox are now hidden as dots. An "eye" symbol can be tapped to view/hide the code.

Booking Name Search: Bookings can now be searched by name in the desktop and mobile app.

SmartBox User API: API users can now create SmartBox Users, and add associated key and key group permissions.
Location Customization Themes: Preset themes have been added to the Custom Colours location setting.
Offline Activity Indicator: In the history log of a user or location, offline activity is now indicated with a symbol.

SmartBox Language Selection Icon: For locations with multiple languages enabled, the language selection icon on the SmartBox screen has been changed from a globe to the flag of the currently selected language.
Airbnb Integration Co-Host Support: The Airbnb integration with Keycafe now supports co-host accounts.
SmartBox Video Recording Bug Fix: A bug has been fixed that was causing video to not be recorded under certain conditions.
Location Setting - Default Authentication Method: Select the default screen that appears during user authentication at the SmartBox - PIN code, QR code, or user badge.

Retiring Public Network App Key Exchanges: In the Public Network, the Keycafe app can no longer be used to initiate a key pickup/drop off. Attempting to do so will display the user's access code to enter instead.
Deprecating live key exchange in the API: Due to the removal of app-based key exchanges in the public network, live key exchange is being deprecated in the API.
Double Booking Warning: When creating a booking that conflicts with an existing booking, there is now a warning shown. The same applies when booking is being edited to a new time that conflicts with an existing booking.
User QR Codes: At the top left of the Keycafe app, there is now an icon you can tap to display your user QR code, as well as your Global SmartBox Code. This can be used to authenticate at MS5s by scanning at the camera.

Constant Access Codes for Integrations: Partner integrations that make use of booking codes (such as Fleetio) can now generate the same code for multiple bookings for the same user.

Offline Key Exchange: Feature that allows users to continue picking up and dropping off keys when the SmartBox is disconnected from the cloud, such as during internet outages.

Alphabetic User Sorting: Based on user feedback, the list of Users in the Keycafe app will now sort alphabetically by default.
Organization Admins Bug Fix: A bug has been fixed that previously prevented organization admins from viewing users' checked out keys.

Username Autocomplete for Organization Admins: When adding an Organization Admin, you can now start typing a user's name and a dropdown will appear with suggested autocompleted names.

Key Search on SmartBoxes: For users with access to multiple keys, a search bar is now available on the key list screen during key pickups.

SmartBox Video Recording: Using the MS5 SmartBox's onboard video camera, automatically record upon screen interaction or detected motion. Available to organizations with an MS5 on the Premium and Business Pro plans.

Username Autocomplete: When adding a user permission to a key, key group, or location, you can now start typing a user's name and a dropdown will appear with suggested autocompleted names.

SmartBox LED and Colour Customization: Set custom colours and lighting patterns for the LED ring, as well as colour combos for the various buttons and screens of their SmartBox. Available to organizations with an MS5 on the Business Pro plan.
