Premium Feature for MS5 SmartBoxes

Video Recording is a feature only available to users with an MS5 SmartBox on the Premium and Business Pro plans.

Enable Video Recording

Video recording settings are location-specific, so users with multiple locations will need to enable the settings individually.

  1. On desktop, select Locations. On mobile, select More, then Private Locations.
  2. Select the location you'd like to enable video recording for.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Toggle on the button for Key Exchange Event Videos.

 

Change Recording Trigger

You can choose to begin video recordings either when the SmartBox proximity sensor detects movement within 2 feet, or when the screen is interacted with.

  1. Under the Key Exchange Event Videos setting, select which trigger option you'd prefer.

 

View Recorded Videos

  1. On the location you'd like to view recorded video for, select Troubleshoot, then Exchange Event Video List.
  2. Select Show Video List.
  3. Tap the button that appears on the SmartBox screen.
  4. You can now view all videos recorded on your SmartBox.
