About Quick Scan Key Drop Offs
Quick Scan Key Drop Offs allow you to have anyone drop off keys without entering a code or using the app. This makes the dropoff process faster but no longer gives you data on who is dropping off the keys.
Enable Quick Scan Drops
- On desktop, select Locations. On mobile, select More, then Private Locations.
- Select the location you'd like to enable Quick Scan Drops for.
- Select Settings, then toggle on Quick Scan Drops.
Quick Scan Drops are a Location-Specific Setting
Quick Scan Drops are set on a location by location basis. If you'd like to enable this feature for all locations, you must repeat this process for all locations.
