What Does the Integration Do?

Zapier lets you connect Keycafe to 7,000+ other web services. Automated connections called Zaps, set up in minutes with no coding, can automate your day-to-day tasks, and build workflows between apps that otherwise wouldn't be possible.

Each Zap has one app as the Trigger, where your information comes from and which causes one or more Actions in other apps, where your data gets sent automatically.

Currently, Keycafe has multiple options available for the Action event:

• Create Access to Key
• Edit Access to Key
• Delete Access to Key
• Create a Key
• Get Key
• Get All Keys

Getting Started with Zapier

Sign up for a free Zapier account, from there you can jump right in. See Get Started with Zapier for detailed instructions on how it works.

To help you hit the ground running, here are some popular pre-made Zaps.

Create a Zap with Keycafe

1. Log in to your Zapier account or create a new account.
2. On the Keycafe and Zapier page, search for the app you'd like to connect Keycafe to and click Connect these apps.

Trigger

1. In the Setup step, select a trigger event and use your credentials to connect your app account to Zapier. Click Continue.
2. In the Configure step, arrange your trigger as desired and click Continue.
3. In the Test step, click Test trigger to confirm the trigger is working properly.

Action

1. In the Setup step, select an action event and connect your Keycafe account by clicking Sign In.

2. Enter the email address of your Keycafe account and follow the instructions to retrieve your API Key.

3. Click Yes, Continue to Keycafe to connect your account. Click Continue.
4. In the Configure step, arrange your action as desired and click Continue.
5. In the Test step, click Test step to confirm the action is working properly.
6. Once your Zap is confirmed to be working, click Publish.
