Default View
By default the key view filter displays all keys available to manage in your account. If you want to see only keys checked out or checked in at any given time, you can filter for those.
Keys Checked Out
This view will let you know all the keys in your account that are currently checked out of your SmartBox.
- Log in to Keycafe desktop or on mobile.
- Select Keys in the menu.
- Select the filter button next to the search bar.
- Select Checked Out to see the corresponding list of keys.
Keys Checked In
This view will let you know all the keys in your account that are currently checked in to your SmartBox.
- Log in to Keycafe desktop or on mobile.
- Select Keys in the menu.
- Select the filter button next to the search bar.
- Select Checked In to see the corresponding list of keys.
Keys Checked Out by a Specific User
You can see at any given time what your staff or guests have checked out from the SmartBox.
Desktop:
- Log in to Keycafe desktop or on mobile.
- Select Users in the menu.
- Select the name of the user you'd like to view.
- Select Checked Out.
Mobile:
- Log in to the Keycafe app on mobile.
- Select More.
- Select Users.
- Select the name of the user you'd like to view.
- Select Checked Out.
Search Functionality
The search bar can be used in combination with any of the filters mentioned in this article. For example, you can enter a partial name or word to narrow down searches.
