In this article:

Change account phone number

  1. Log into your Keycafe account.
  2. Select the More menu tab.
  3. Select Account.
  4. Select the Edit button in the top right-hand corner.
  5. Select your country code from the flag drop down menu.
  6. Enter in your new Mobile phone number.
  7. Enter verification code sent via SMS to your new Mobile and select Confirm.
  8. Select Update.

Your Phone Number is Required

Please note that you cannot remove your number without replacing it with a new number.

 

Change account email address

  1. Log into your Keycafe account.
  2. Select the More menu tab.
  3. Select Account.
  4. Select the Edit button in the top right-hand corner.
  5. Enter your new email address in the Email field.
  6. Select Update Email.

 

Change account name

  1. Log into your Keycafe account.
  2. Select the More menu tab.
  3. Select Account.
  4. Select the Edit button in the top right-hand corner.
  5. Enter your new first name and last name
  6. Select Update

 

SmartBox login codes

SmartBox login codes allow you to pickup and drop off your keys without the app. If you use the mobile phone code and have 2FA toggled on, you will also need to enter in a verification code sent to your mobile. If you use the non-mobile code, you will not need to enter in a verification even if 2FA is toggled on.

Account cancellation

  1. Please make sure that all your keys have been picked up from Keycafe SmartBoxes.
  2. Log into your Keycafe account.
  3. Select the More menu tab.
  4. Select Account.
  5. Select the Edit button in the top right-hand corner.
  6. Select Cancel Account, enter your reason for cancellation along with any feedback and select Confirm Cancellation.

No refund when cancelling an account

Please note that when you cancel your account, your Keycafe account will be closed and your billing account will terminate without refund.
