Change Account Phone Number

  1. Click the user dropdown at the top near the right side and select My Account
  2. Select Account, then the Edit button.
  3. Select your country code from the flag drop down menu.
  4. Enter in your new mobile phone number.
  5. Enter the verification code sent via SMS to your new mobile and select Confirm.
  6. Select Update.

Your Phone Number is Required

Please note that you cannot remove your number without replacing it with a new number.

 

Change Account Email Address

  1. Click the user dropdown at the top near the right side and select My Account
  2. Select Account, then the Edit button.
  3. Enter your new email address in the Email field.
  4. Select Update Email.

 

Change Account Name

  1. Click the user dropdown at the top near the right side and select My Account
  2. Select Account, then the Edit button.
  3. Enter your new first name and last name
  4. Select Update.

 

Global SmartBox Codes

Global SmartBox Codes allow you to pick up and drop off your keys without the app, and they cannot be edited. If you use your mobile phone number and have 2FA toggled on, you will also need to enter in a verification code sent to your mobile. If you use the non-mobile code, you will not need to enter in a verification even if 2FA is toggled on.

 

Account Cancellation

  1. Please make sure that all your keys have been picked up from Keycafe SmartBoxes.
  2. Click the user dropdown at the top near the right side and select My Account
  3. Select Account, then the Edit button.
  4. Select Cancel Account, enter your reason for cancellation along with any feedback, and select Confirm Cancellation.

Account Data Deletion

To request the deletion of all personally identifiable information (PII) related to your Keycafe account, please email privacy@keycafe.com.
