Data Exports

The Export feature enables you to access bulk data from your account including your visitors' passport or national ID information, real-time photos, and information on all the key accesses that you have authorized. Once you configure and submit your export, Keycafe will begin processing it and you will receive an email from Keycafe when your data is ready. The email will contain a download link you must click on to download the data as a .csv file. Please note it may take up to 10 minutes to generate the requested data.

Exporting Your Accesses Data

You are able to download a .csv file of the accesses you have authorized on all the keys in your account. The data will contain information such as the start date of the access, its current status, and the key it relates to.

1. Log into your Keycafe account.

2. Select More from the menu.

3. Select Advanced.

4. Select Exports.

5. Select Accesses.

6. Select Export Data.

Exporting Your Photo ID Data

You are able to export .csv files that contain data from all the photo IDs that you have requested and received within a specified date range. This data includes links to download visitors' passport or national ID along with their real-time photo upload for regulatory compliance. Please note that you must visit each link if you wish to download and preserve the photo ID image.

1. Log into your Keycafe account.

2. Select More from the menu.

3. Select Advanced.

4. Select Exports.

5. Select Photo IDs.

6. Specify the date range.

7. Select Export Data.
