MS5 Branded SmartBox Faceplate
Custom coloured and branded faceplates are available as an accessory for your Keycafe MS5 Series SmartBoxes. A base colour, logo, and slogan are silkscreened on to a 16 gauge stainless steel faceplate. A free design consultation is included with your order to ensure your SmartBox reflects your brand.
Custom faceplates are available for MS5, MS5E-18, and MS5E-42. Lead times will be extended depending on the region of delivery:
North America: +3 weeks lead time
Europe: +4 weeks lead time
Rest of World: +5 weeks lead time
MS4 / MS3 Branded SmartBox Wrap
Custom branded full wraps are available as an accessory for your Keycafe SmartBox. Engineered from durable weather-ready vinyl, the wrap can feature your company’s logo and custom graphic. A free design consultation is included with your order to ensure your SmartBox reflects your brand.
Wraps are currently available for the MS4, MS4M, MSE30, MS3, MS3M, and MS200X SmartBoxes. They are shipped separately from the SmartBox, and lead time is 2-4 weeks after a design is finalized. The SmartBox owner installs their own wrap. For larger orders of 8+ Base Stations, Keycafe is able to wrap the SmartBoxes in the factory prior to shipping.

Branded Keycafe Fobs
Complete your customers’ journey with Keycafe through customized Keycafe fobs or badges. Branded fobs come in packages of 100. Download the template to create your own design, then submit the design to your account rep in a printable PDF format. Please note that the white area is not editable. You must leave that exactly as is found in the design.

BusinessPro Feature
SmartBox screen customization is a feature available only on the BusinessPro plan.
MS5 / MS4
On the MS5 SmartBox screen, you can upload your company's logo to replace the Keycafe logo, as well as images for a slideshow to appear on the screen when the SmartBox is not in use. Follow these steps:
- Log into your Keycafe Dashboard.
- Select the Location with the MS5 you'd like to customize the screen for.
- Select Customize.
- Toggle on the button for Use Custom Logo, choose an image file following the guidelines, then select Upload.
- Toggle on the button for Use Custom Slideshow, choose an image file, then select Upload.
MS3
To replace the Keycafe logo with your company logo on the MS3 SmartBox touchscreen, follow these steps:
- Log into your Keycafe Dashboard.
- Click the user dropdown at the top near the right side and select My Account.
- Select Advanced, then Whitelabeling Assets.
- Enter your company's name and select Update.
- Upload your company's logo by choosing a jpg or png file format (320 x 105px).
- From the Advanced menu, select SmartBox Options.
- Toggle White-label SmartBox on.
Custom Help Menu
To add your own custom text to the help menu on the SmartBox screen, such as your company support number or email information, follow these steps:
- Log into your Keycafe Dashboard.
- Click the user dropdown at the top near the right side and select My Account.
- Select Advanced, then SmartBox Options.
- Click on the Support Area toggle to turn on this feature.
- Enter in your custom text and click Save.
Custom Language Settings
To choose the languages that are available on your SmartBox, follow these steps:
- Log into your Keycafe Dashboard.
- Click the user dropdown at the top near the right side and select My Account.
- Select Advanced, then SmartBox Options.
- Check all languages you wish to display on your SmartBox touchscreen.
- Enter in your custom text and click Save.
NOTE:
If you wish to remove the language selection menu from your SmartBox workflow, uncheck all but 1 language.
